Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions Answered for your convenience.

Why do I need a InspectWise membership?

Inspectise offers a level of trust, safety, communication, and reliability that no other maintenance service can offer. Not only do we save you 20% on repairs, but we also eliminate the hassle of locating and vetting a specialized contractor for every little repair. We're your one-stop shop, a convenient single contact for any HVAC service you need done.

What's included in InspectWise membership?

For just $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year, InspectWise members receive the following:

A. Our comprehensive 10-Point inspection checks in winter and summer.

B. Replacement of AC filter

C. 20% discount on all other services

D. 24/7 Home Warranty Service

E. AC Deodorizer

F. AC tune

How is InspectWise different than a home warranty?

We include preventive maintenance. Home warranty companies all have exclusions around certain types of repairs and pre-existing conditions. They mainly serve as call centers for contractors who are willing to work with them at reduced rates. We're focused on providing low-cost maintenance and repairs from a single trusted source: your personal Home Manager.

What repairs will the technician be able to complete for the $14.99/mo?

Inspectise technicians are fully HVAC trained. We estimate that a Home Manager can personally solve 80 to 90% of problems with your HVAC's systems for just $14.99/month. With carpentry, painting, and HVAC requests being particularly popular among members, we've brought these specialty services in house for your convenience. While this category of repairs has its own slightly higher rate tier, we still offer competitive pricing at a tremendous industry discount.

How often can I request service?

As often as you need it. We'll do our best to schedule your service visits in a way that makes the most of your time and money.

What's your standard response time for a repair?

We're available by phone and email seven days a week 24 hours. Within 24 hours of submitting a service request, you can expect to hear from your technician to schedule an appointment. You'll get first priority for your HVAC needs.

How long do I have to sign up for? Is there a contract?

In InspectWise we have 2 option:

A. Monthly membership program of $14.99 with no minimum contract term. We only ask for 30 days of notice in advance of cancelling.

B. Yearly membership program of $149.99 (save $28,98/year). No option of cancellation.
